[V8] A8 misfire

This reminds me of a 1.8T that was around a month ago. It had a persistent 
misfire and it turned out to be a broken valve spring.

I'm sorry Steve but I'm not buying the OXS sensor being responsible for 
detection. In the 1.8T example from above the code would set upon cold start so the 
OXS should not have entered the equation. I could be WOB and if I am please 
enlighten me. I was thinking it would be more likely a function of the engine 
speed sensor or a hall effect type device.
