This reminds me of when I got mine, as soon as I plugged in the LED it would
light up (key on or off) and stay on. Long story short it was traced to an
incorrect fuel pump relay. Mine showed that is was in limp mode (I know this
doesn't apply to you) but may be useful to someone in the future.

>Any intel on the location of terminal 13 and 55 on the ECU plug?

Pin 13 is WH/BK and in the diagram on page 89-01-16 they show it as 2 wires
one goes to the fuel pump relay terminal 40/LA (this may be a 49 darn scanned
manual) and also to the DLC 2i/1

Pin 55 is BL/Y goes through connecter 14b/9 and then to the DLC 2i/2.page
89-01-14 the DLC's are on 89-01-46

Now that I have written all that I'm wondering if you meant location in the
plug. I could not find a picture in the manual but do remember seeing one on
Alldata.
In my car the PO had put a fuel pump relay for a 5k (you know the one with
the spot for a fuse on top) with a fuse in it and this was allowing voltage to
get back through. I can't really remember if anything else was not right
because it pretty much sat in the driveway untill after we figured it out. Unless
you have the wrong relay I'm not sure how this would happen since IIRC the
correct relay did not have a pin in this location.
