[V8] bad starter

Working in a parts store I see this type of thing all the time with 
starters...bench tested it will work fine but in the vehicle it doesn't do 
anything but click, what I think is happening here is that the solenoid is 
pushing the shaft in the starter out but the brushes on the starter are worn 
down enough that you don't have enough juice to turn the flywheel. In other 
words, bench tested(without load) it will spin, under load (pushing against 
flywheel) it can't do it. My advice is to replace the starter. I've seen it 
be successful many times.
