[V8] Engine Light Doesnt Light Up

90/91 V8's did not have the wiring for the C/E lamp connected unless they 
were intended for California sale. Connecting is a simple matter of locating the 
connectors and mating them together. I've posted the proceedure several times 
in the past two years.
