[V8] Engine Light Doesnt Light Up

Speaking of 90-91 cars not having this connected, I think mine started in
kentucky - according to carfax anyway - My light has always worked, yes
someone could have connected it but I don't see any funny wiring, unless
it just requires something to be plugged in?
