[V8] Sensor Removal

It's a 10 mm bolt head, if I remember correctly. I tried Steve B's use of
a 1/4" drive ratchet and socket, but couldn't get reliable finger control
of it. I ended up getting the bolts broken loose by reaching through the
exhaust plumbing from underneath with a 10 mm boxend wrench that I taped to
a longer 11mm boxend to get the length I needed to be able to operate from
outside the spaghetti of piping. Some folks have been able to reach in
from above by taking out the air filter box and stuff underneath that,
including the cruise linkage, I believe. Of course, I had to take that
stuff out to get to the connectors on the wires. The bolts still were
unreacheable for me with my short and oversized arms. Of course, my arm
length is challenged by the big belly too :~). If I'd had it at the time,
it's possible a 10mm ratcheting boxend taped to the other wrench would
have been a bit faster.
