[V8] Engine Oil Quantity

If anyone can make sense of these part numbers, here is what I got from the 
elcats site:

tube       077 115 630 C
dip stick  077 115 607 E
0-ring     034 115 427 B

My car is a '91 5 speed and again, it reads full with 10 qts.
