[V8] Old V8 Archives

If any one else is interested in the missing archives (Nov. 2000 to Oct 2003)
I have put them on the web here:

I also have converted it to a Microsoft Access Database, but I don't have enough
free disk space on the server (free as in $$ not bytes) for both files.  If
anyone wants the database I can switch the files for a day or make you a CD.
