[V8] fun with a BMW & smoke out the rear pipes

Our V8's Oxy Sensor is the "universal" sold by TPC.  I just cut the wires
at the OEM sensor and spliced in the universal.  I had a terrible time
getting the old sensor out, partly because I'm working on my back with the
car on jack stands, so there's not much room to swing a big wrench/breaker
bar or cheater.  Mine came out with part of the sensor's threads left in
the bung in the exhaust wye, so I also had to run a thread chaser (same as
a spark plug thread chaser) through several times before I could screw the
new one in.
