[V8] Knock Sensor Wire Insulation

Looks like the PO had used electrical tape, and it has held up, so I
went with that because it's at hand. I don't understand why insulation
on the left (brown) one is so bad, and the right (green) one is fine.

I have wrapped mine with electrical tape in the areas where the
insulation
has become brittle and broken away. This has worked well.

I coated over the shield in several places with black RTV silicone.
