[V8] Popping noise from Passenger side floorboard

Hey guys, I was sitting in the parking garage UCF filling out paperwork when
I heard a low POP come from the Relay panel underneath the Passenger side
footwell.  

 

Has anyone ever heard this before?

 

I didn't have any change in the way the car was running at the time, but who
knows.

 

It sounded more like a firecracker than just a snap.
