[V8] Popping noise from Passenger side floorboard

That sound isn't the relays, it is the switch that stops the gear selector
to be moved into drive or reverse with out pressing on the break.  Mine does
the same thing.  This wasn't just a click, it was a loud POP.  It startled
me it was so loud.

If our V8 is in Neutral or Park and I step on the brake pedal, I get a
clicking noise from the relays in the passenger footwell.  It's loud enough
to be noticed.
