[V8] Window Regulator - what goes down...

I took the door panel off and it is indeed the regulator.  There is a cable
that comes out the side of the motor that is broken - which brings up the
next question...anyone replaced one of these before!?!

Any help/suggestions on the R&R of the driver side window regulator will be
greatly appreciated.
