[V8] Resealing Power steering pump

Yup, done quite a few over the years, just make sure and filler up with
fluid when you reinstall.  If you clean it up, sometimes you can see if
only one cap is  leaking, if it's accessible you might be able to change
the Oring with the pump on the car and save yourself alot of work, BTDT.
