There is a lot of BTDT on this - my two cents is to call Rick at:
http://www.importpartsspec.com/
He rebuilt these pumps as a business and has found that there is a
"bad" kit out there. The o-rings always leak shortly after a rebuild.
He can source the "good" kit for you. If your front seal keeps going
bad, you may also have a worn out front bearing.
Last time I talked to him, he was out of these bearings and did not
plan to get more due to high cost and low demand for rebuilt pumps.
That may have changed but I don't know.
FWIW, he rebuilt mine (including front bearing) over a year ago and it
is still dry as a bone.
