[V8] Pulled codes, no joy

Finally stopped raining long enough for me to get the codes read off my 90 V8Q

Made an LED code reader, cranked for 15 seconds, left ignition on, did the 
10 amp fuse into the fuel pump socket, codes came out nice as you could please.

4 4 4 4

Which claims there ain't nuthn' wrong.

Except the car won't start . . .

Open for suggestions.  (HELP!)
