[V8] Flashing CAT light

... did the deed last night ... and the final solution was a little
different than my earlier post.  It appears that the connector I mentioned
earlier was a bit buried, so I decided to find the control module ... on my
'91 5-speed it is the left-most "relay" in the top row on the panel.  I
removed the module and found everything worked as I needed it to ... the
"CAT" light comes on when the ignition is turned on, and stays out after the
car is started ...
