[V8] inner cv boot kit

Is there something very special about the inner cv boot on a V8q with
and automatic?

My "new" V8 needs an inner boot on the driver's side.

The online parts places I checked would only show the kit for a manual
trans car.  This was also the case when I called my local parts store.

Is this darn thing dealer only?
