[V8] Trip Computer Display

That happens to mine every once in a while too. Turning off the car and
turning it back on again makes it work though. I think it's the "miles to
empty" display. It only works correctly on the same day I fill up the tank
and don't turn the car off. There must be something else going wrong there,
right? Any ideas?

Subject: [V8] Trip Computer Display

I just had two Power Steering hoses replaced. Coincientally,
one (just one) of the six LCD display options on the trip
computer no longer appears -- just blank. I think it's the
top middle position of the display. All other five readout
options on the trip computer work fine. (As you cycle
through the options by pressing the button on the right
stalk, the five options display fine, but the one in question
is blank).

Is there something the repair tech may have done that would
result in this?

Thanks,
