[V8] Oil cooler lines

I got some "good, used" oil cooler lines and cooler from one of our
esteemed used parts sources. One of the lines had a spot of green stuff on
the solid pipe part of the line that looked like something you might see on
copper plumbing, especially where the copper meets some other metal. So I
scraped off some of the green and found what looked like a brass substance.
You can sort-of view it at:

Would you guess this is a brazed repair?

Turns out the line on the one I'm replacing was leaking from a similar spot
on its solid piping. Maybe I should try to braze that one up to keep as a
spare?
