The brake fluid may be a little low.
I think the V8 uses the same pieces as the 5k in the autocheck brake
warning light:
1) hydraulic pressure at the brake booster
2) brake fluid level
3) hydraulic fluid level
Any one of the three can trigger the autocheck icon.
Top off your brake fluid and hydraulic fluid and see if the flicker
doesn't go away.
