Green feeds the Right, Green/Black feeds the left. Also, wouldn't hurt to 
check the grounds when running. They are each brown. You can check them the 
same way, only use the jump-start post as the common point of reference.

When you switch the coils, does the transistor go with it? Also, how is the 
spark straight from the coils. If they are the same, the rotor sounds like 
the culprit. Or, something downstream of there anyhow. If the right is still 
weak, it's a power or ground or coil problem. TE
