[V8] B5 S4 Avus wheels on a V8

Merry Christmas to everyone.  I recieved a set of Gen2
S4 Avus wheels. 17x7.5 5x112, et45.  Anyone run these?
 I've seen them on a 200 20V, so I would assume they
fit, but anything I should be wary of or do I need to
run 10mm spacers?
