[V8] B5 S4 Avus wheels on a V8

Carter,

Beware of the ol' "saw 'em on a 200q20v," because lots of them (like many of
the earlier V8's) have later S4 G60 setup.   Regardless, since we're talking
17" wheels, it would surprise me very much if you had clearance issues.
