[V8] B5 S4 Avus wheels on a V8

I run 17 x 8, et35 Audi Boleros with 245/40 Kumhos on the V8 mit UFOs. 
Your clearance issues are:
1. the tie rod end to tires (mainly) - I can get my pinkie between with 
the above setup.
2. wheel spoke to ufo dish (depends on wheel design)
3. wheel center circumference to ufo center circumference (rare)

I've also run 16 x 8 et 42 rims (Momo Ferraris) with no issues - but its 
damn close on (2) - 225/50.

You can trial fit the rims now to check 2 & 3 - if they clear, you 
should be fine with 235/45s.
