[V8] V8 stall downhill in gear

Fellow V8 Fans,
I've been having a problem for some time now with my
V8 5spd Stalling while traveling downhill in gear
without throttle.  If I let the throttle off for a
certain period of time, the car will stall almost
every time.  It will then start right up with no
problems.  Car doesn't stall when coasting in neutral
or while on throttle.  Aside from this stalling
problem, car runs like a champ. Any ideas?  The TPS is
not very old and seems to be positioned correctly. 
All vacuum hoses seem to be OK.  Any other ideas?  Any
help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
