[V8] V8 stall downhill in gear

It almost sounds like the fuel cut-off is still on while at lower rpm's. It
comes on after a few seconds above a certain rpm (maybe 2500 or so?). Then,
it goes off at a preset level, 1800 rpm or so. I know it shuts off the
injectors, not real sure how you would test is going down the road, though.
You might try Audiconnection. These guys would know more about it than me.
