[V8] V8 stall downhill in gear

Certainly baffling for me at least... I do believe there is a sensor of
some sort that's commonly referred to as a "deceleration valve", which
does affect the motor's behavior when lifting, but my familiarity was
only fleeting, and that was on an old Scirocco... I'll try to check out
the manual for such a thing.
I suppose my first move would be in the direction of the TPS.
