[V8] Not enough heat

 Heater control valve defaults to open if there's a lose of vacuum so that 
one is out.

 My guess is they either jammed up the temp control flaps or left the temp 
flap controler motor unplugged. You need to pull codes on a later V8 down in the 
passengers floorboard. Get a subscription to alldatadiy.com for the 
proceedure. I'm betting you're gonna get a temp control motor fault and if so I'd be 
making the shop go back in and fix whatever they broke.
