Audi Underground Dispensation Institution, or local help hotline, or whatever...

As we speak about the various degrees of treachery across the country, I've been chatting off the list with a couple folks about setting up a sort of help hotline.  If one of us runs into some sort of car trouble or gets lost, or whatever, it'd be nice to have a contact near the area who might lend a hand -- something downloadable to a PDA for travel would be nice.

Roger could help me find a tow truck if I bury my car in an Eastern Maine pothole, and Dave Head could direct him to the nearest Florida store that sells SPF 80.

Before we all start shouting out social security numbers willy-nilly, I was figuring on just a name, city/ST, and a phone number.  I'd be happy to compile the infomation myself, or if anyone has a suggestion for a clean way of collecting the list, that'd be great too.

Input?  Anyone?  Or are we all stodgey grumps who scorn those in need?
