[V8] Timing belt "rattle" once again

[quattro + 5 or 8 = fun]

My guess is the tension adjuster screw-mo-thingy.  Happened to me.  Don't
remember which side it was.  Did not take to long to fix.  But, since you
had it done, bet you could talk them into warranting it.
