Did you notice the amount of mufflers and pipes in the background of the
last picture....that's probably less than a 1/5 of their stock.  My total
cost was $1.39 for the threaded rod from Home Depot.  

You burned yours...I'm giving mine away to a local shop who does Audi's,
I too don't plan on doing a transmission again in a V8Q alone any time
soon!  Only way I'd do another one is if I had my own garage, with my own
lift, where I could take a week or two working a couple hours a day.
