[V8] Removing Transmission

Runs too smooth, at idle you can stand a pen on the air mass sensor and
it won't fall.
Also, I pulled the distributors, wire rail and wires all together.  Wire
lengths made it impossible to mix them up.

I found it alot easier to completely remove the wires, rail and caps as a
unit than tieing them up like suggested in the manual.
