[V8] Replacement wheels/tires

I have been looking around at different sights that sell aftermarket rims/tires such as AAArims.com and Discount tire. They have all of the Audi model knockoffs. I'm looking at the S4 Rims with Contactextreme tires. I also like the haman Opera 's but they are very expensive. Does anybody have any suggestions or experience with their upgrades??
