[V8] Can't open hood

Usually the little plastic tee (looks like a golf tee) breaks and fall off
the driver side latch. You can move the latch lever from underneath the
car. Reach up, find the lever and push the lever toward the center, this
will release the driver side latch and afterward find the cable and pull it
toward the driver side, this will release the passenger latch. If the cable
stop is loose or the cable have slipped out out the passenger side latch
then the only way that I know of getting the latch to release is to get a
wooden dowel (there is too much things on the right side to use your hand up
there) or stick and to push the latch level toward the center of the car
while underneath the car.
