[V8] new ecu w/out chip

Yes, 3.6 and 4.2 ECUs (chips) are different.  There was also an early
4.2 ECU that Ned doesn't make a chip for.  Dr. Jones had to buy a newer
4.2 ECU in order to chip his (Dave Head's) Ragussa 4.2.

As you know, the US received no 4.2 manuals, but I *think* the chip for
the 3.6 manual and automatic are the same.

Lastly, IA printed "90-91 V8" on the chip.   I should be asking Ned this
question, but is there more than one version of this chip (3.6/4.2,
manual/automatic)?
