[V8] 1994 V8Q / Salvage title

I haven't had this insurance thing happen yet - and I hope that it doesn't
- I too have a salvage title - but the part that really sucks is this: My
car is savaged not because of a wreck but because in a few states the car
is given a savage title if it is stolen, and my car was re-possesed at one
time, which basically makes it stolen - Tough luck huh?
