[V8] "91 100 Quattro Blowing cold air through all vents

If the hoses to and from the heater are hot (they're the two hoses that
pass through the firewall just to the driver side of the back of the
engine), you most likely have a problem with the heater core air flow flaps
controller.  In the '91 200, that's a little motor on the  driver side of
the heater core box that's under a cover held on with several screws.  A
replacement motor is ~$60.
