[V8] Bill of Sale / Purchase Agreement

I guess I'm a bit confused as to why you would need to prepare a bill of
sale ... aren't you the one buying the car?  It also seems to me that you
will need to know the documentary requirements for the state you will be
registering the car in ... WA will be out of that picture ...

When I gave the Fox to Tom a couple months ago I found that the standard
California DMV form I filled out as "seller" included a bill of sale form.
Perhaps the same will be true in WA state ...
