[V8] "Major Surging"

[Kneale Brownson]

O2 sensor threads are same as spark plug.  Plug thread chaser works OK for
cleaning out the pipe.  I had to run it through three or four times to get
it ready for the new one.  My sensor is a generic with all the wires
spliced into the Audi  wiring.
