Having a blower unit to physically hold up to the V8's IM would make it clear whether one could use the bottom half of an OE manifold or would need to have 8 individual runners built.  Race-oriented machine/fabrication shops would be my first place to look, once a sketch is created.  There's a couple here in DE.  Thinking back, I was curious as to what would happen to the MAF...

The whole dang car would be ideal;  but I wouldn't think much more than the blower, pulley, IM, and plumbing to get started... fuel injectors would be handy.  Maybe the intake and exhaust manifold/header, just for observational purposes.

I sort of wonder if the ECU would self-adjust.  Bigger injectors may be necessary to keep up with the air, though a rising-rate fuel pressure regulator might serve enough purpose.

I think I'll slip outta here an hour early today and hit the local yards again...
