[V8] Jeremy's webpage gets a facelift

Hey gang.  I was looking at Scott Mockry's totally redesigned website
the other night (www.sjmautotechnik.com) and I got to thinking about how
my page has been very ugly for a very long time...

I am still re-adding the content from the old site, but the new one is
most of the way there (and much purdier).

Let me know off the list if you have any comments or suggestions...  Oh
yeah, and (most importantly) let me know if something is broken. :-)
