Either this shop has a bad relationship with it's current supplier, or
his current supplier sucks.
Have Mr. Nguyen or any other ZF rep. you get on the phone speak directly
to your shop or his supplier. From past experience with a Febi warranty,
ZF has to assure it's regional distributor, who has to assure his
jobber, who has to assure your mechanic that ZF will indeed honor it's
warranty and his shop won't be stuck with an unpaid invoice at the end of
the month. It happens more often than you'd think, especially now that
it's basically "WorldPac Ubber Alles", the shop/parts supplier
relationship isn't what it used to be.
