[V8] New Expansion Tank

Actually I believe that's a very good price.  The tank for the V8 is not exactly the same as those for other Audis, even other t44's.  Those other tanks are cheaper and can be used easily by rerouting the small hose that goes from the tank top to the rad top, but I chose not to do that with mine.  I think I paid about what you did, maybe a little more.  Northside did you right on the correct part.  There's nothing wrong with using the other tanks and rerouting the line either, but at least your car will be back on the road shortly.

Thanks guys,
   I thought I had time on this thing - so I sent the post about it -
Shortly thereafter I had a heated swimming pool on the driveway.  Anyway,
I ordered one from Northside imports for about $55, maby I got ripped but
it was the best I could find on short notice, and Northside is usually
anywhere from 10% to 50% below anyone else.  Wish I could have got one of
the $20-25 ones!
