[V8] bulb failure lamp on dash

I made a relay harness for my V8 yesterday.  It works flawlessly except for 
when I cut on the low beams the bulb failure lamp comes on in the data 
center in the center of the dash.  Strangely enough, it only does it on low 
beam.  If I switch to high beams it goes off.  Has anyone else experienced 
this problem and if so how is it fixed.  I can't take the beeping and lamp 
coming on every time I change to low beams, but if I have to I will jerk off 
the relay harnesses and just have to burn up switches.
