[V8] bulb failure lamp on dash

 Nothing that should have been a surprise since this subject has only been 
covered about 2 bazillion times.

 Only the low beams are monitored.

 Remove Bulb monitor from passengers footwell, bend pin "K" 90 degrees and 
reinstall. This removes the failure signal to the cluster.
