[V8] '90 V8 No-start condition - need suggestions...

Hi Jeremy,
I sorta was assuming that about the RPM sensor as there was still
a spark.
I thought the V8 would run even if the O2 sensor was missing.
The car cranks, but won't start. I did do the 15 sec routine, but no codes
came up., Battery is in good condition, but I connected a jump start pack
as a boost.
