[V8] Testing Fuel Injectors, stumble, miss

I missed your actual question:

You can remove all the injectors and bring them to a injection specialist. That 
is the best plan but kinda expensive if they do it right. You can have anything 
from a simple pattern test to flow matching done.

If you have a spare fuel pump and regulator (I used junk yard parts) you can 
make a crude but effective tester. You can easily blow up the neighborhood if 
you are not carefull though.

Just rig up the pump so you have a way to attach the injector via some fuel 
hose and a hose clamp. I used one big bowel but a supply tank and measuring 
container would be better. I used straight techron as the test fluid so I also 
got a good cleaning. If there is a non-flamable fluid that would be best but I 
don't know of it. To fire the injector, I used a battery and a explosion proof 
microswitch (momentary switch wrapped with black tape). One switch runs the 
pump, one runs the injector.
My goal was to verify spray pattern and run straight techron through the 
injectors. It seemed to work fine but - again - this could be a real expensive 
mistake if you make a spark and ignite the fumes. 
All wire connections have to be secure and insulated. All switches have to be 
explosion proof. Have a fire extinguisher or two handy. Wear face protection. 
Have the garden hose, with spray handle attached, all powered up and ready to 
go. Have someone with more sense than you watch from a distance.
