[V8] Charcoal Canister Frequency Valve

I think the name gives this one away - It is in fact normal for it to be 
clicking (thats the frequency part). 
All cars I am familiar with click the same way.
If there is a cracked or broken hose here you could be getting un-metered air 
in the motor.
