[V8] Charcoal Canister Frequency Valve

Don't believe I seen any discussion on this item in my time on the list.

As I have been trouble shooting the miss or stumble I have in the V8, I
noticed that the solenoid on the frequency valve on the canister in the
right front wheel well is constantly clicking off and on.  I had not noticed
before, it sounds like a noisy valve.  Any one have a similar operating
valve?  Think this could affect the performance of the motor, cause a miss
or stumble?  Can't see in there, will have to remove a few things to see if
I have a vacuum line off or broken.   I was able to get my finger on it and
feel it constantly clicking.
